We are delighted to announce that Dehns Partner, Rob Jackson, has recently been appointed chair of the new CIPA UPC committee.
Rob is a longstanding member of CIPA Council and also CIPA’s Media and PR Committee.
He is ideally placed to take on this role, having already been involved in a number of UPC cases, including making appearances before the first instance court, and also the Court of Appeal where he participated in the Oral Hearing of the first case to be filed at the Paris branch of the Central Division.
